Recycled plastic benches installed in Águilas

Upgraded street furniture as Águilas promotes a circular economy

Recycled plastic benches installed in ÁguilasCongratulations are due to all those who separate their plastic waste and dispose of it correctly in Águilas: IT IS WORTHWHILE!

The Town Hall has just acquired and installed a set of 70 public benches which have been placed throughout the municipality for the benefit of the public, all of them made from 100% recycled plastic and contributing to the sustainability of street furniture in the town. At the same time, the new benches are highly durable and weather-resistant, and the council stresses that this represents another step forward in the continuing commitment to a circular economy.

For more local events, news and visiting information, contact the tourist office of Águilas (telephone 968 493285) or go to the home page of Águilas Today.
