The Art of Living in Spain introduces the WOW Longevity Hotel Apartments, a new investment-led tourism concept
Your chance to get in on one of Murcia’s most exciting new investment opportunities
On 28 November,
The Art of Living in Spain is set to unveil its WOW Longevity Hotel Apartments, an investment-driven tourism project operated under a hotel management model in Murcia offering early buyers a fixed net annual return of 8%. A total of 170 units will be developed, with the first 50 available at a preferential pre-launch rate.
A Mediterranean living concept centred on health and longevity
Positioned on a raised hillside with open views across the surrounding area, the WOW Longevity Hotel Apartments are designed with a blend of natural materials, modern Mediterranean lines and a serene aesthetic. Homes span from 60m2 apartments up to penthouses of 200m2, conceived as private, light-filled spaces shaped for comfort, quiet and long-term living.
Residents will have access to more than 5,000m2 of spa, wellbeing and lifestyle services that provide the feel of an exclusive retreat while maintaining the privacy expected of a residential development.
Initial release for 50 early investors at a special pre-launch price
The first allocation includes 50 units at the most favourable entry point. Early purchasers receive a fixed net annual rent of 8%, a 10-year rental agreement under professional hotel management, 2% construction interest during the 24-month build period, priority selection of layouts and views, and access to Swiss-integrated wellness programmes.

A live podcast will take place one day before reservations become available, offering an early overview of the development.

- Hosted by Ted Oorbals, CEO of The Art of Living in Spain
The session will guide participants through the architectural approach, the longevity philosophy and the investment framework ahead of the pre-launch.
International awards highlighting the vision
The Art of Living in Spain, the builder and developer behind the resort, has been honoured with several notable distinctions. At the European Property Awards, the resort received the titles of Best Leisure Development in Spain and Best Sustainable Residential Development in Spain. In the GRI Awards 2025, Altaona was ranked among the top three European Residential Destinations and acknowledged as the world’s second-best hospitality project of the year, further elevating the profile of both the resort and the Region of Murcia as a Mediterranean destination valued for wellness, design quality and lifestyle appeal.
Swiss-backed innovation in longevity
A key feature of the project is its connection with the resort’s Swiss-partnered Longevity Clinic, which focuses on advanced diagnostics, biomarker evaluation, performance enhancement and tailored longevity programmes. This collaboration delivers a scientific approach to wellbeing, giving residents access to precision-based
health and lifestyle services in a Mediterranean setting.
Inspired by Blue Zone principles
The development incorporates ideas drawn from regions known for exceptional longevity, emphasising movement, natural surroundings, community, purpose and Mediterranean nutrition. Nature trails, landscaped walking areas, shared outdoor spaces and open-air rituals are combined with direct access to the Longevity Clinic. The Art of Living in Spain refers to this dual benefit as a double healthy investment, supporting both quality of life and long-term financial value.
Well connected within Europe
Murcia provides more than 300 days of sunshine each year, protected natural landscapes and a relaxed Mediterranean rhythm. Altaona is situated only ten minutes from Murcia International Airport, which offers direct flights to several European destinations, and fifty minutes from Alicante International Airport, one of the primary hubs in the Mediterranean. These connections support both residential desirability and sustainable investment potential.
Setting a new benchmark in wellness-focused investment
The WOW Longevity Hotel Apartments signal a fresh direction for Mediterranean property, combining preventive health, hotel-level service and refined architecture within a future-focused asset. As wellness-driven real estate continues to expand globally, The Art of Living in Spain emerges as a leader, offering steady projected returns, a well-established operational model and direct access to the growing longevity sector.
